I have some specific needs...

I do well with eating and exercise... except when I'm traveling for business. Continental breakfasts should be called "stuff and go's". And keeping any workout routine when one hotel has workout bands they call and another has... stairs.  No working. Steph caters routines to where I am and what I have at my disposal.  Awesome!!
